Our store

Nook & Gleam is operated by BlueProof Media LLC. These terms cover use of our website and purchases from our store. You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement.

Product information

Review the product description, dimensions, materials, selected variant and care information before ordering. Screen settings can affect perceived colors. This does not limit your rights when a product is defective or materially different from its description.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are disclosed before payment. Accepted payment methods are those actually offered at checkout. We do not request card details by email or phone.

Orders

Provide accurate contact, delivery and billing information. If an order cannot be fulfilled or a material error affects it, we will contact you; we will not substitute a materially different product or charge a higher price without your agreement. Payments for unfulfilled canceled orders will be refunded as required.

Shipping, cancellations and returns

Shipping availability, charges and any delivery estimates applicable to an order must be disclosed before payment. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you and provide the applicable options to consent to a delay or cancel for a refund. Website use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders, or infringe others' rights. Website content is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Third-party services have their own applicable terms and privacy information.

Privacy and updates

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Future changes to these terms will be dated and posted; changes do not retroactively alter completed purchases without a lawful basis.
